We will happily exchange any items that don’t fit or suit what you are after with a different size or store credit. Any exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Store credit must be used within 6 months of issue. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact.
Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via secure methods of post, as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the items.

If your fabulous items from Lilly & Ty are not exactly what you were looking for or you’ve simply had a change of heart then please follow the really easy return steps below:
Make sure item you are returning has been delivered within the past 14 days
Please ensure the item is unworn & clean with labels attached and in a sellable condition
Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via secure methods of post,as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the items.

Once the item/s have been received on this end, we will email you your credit note code which is then valid for 12months – we will send you this code via email
THINGS TO NOTE IF RETURNING
We cannot offer refunds unless the item is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, if this is the case please let us know either in your return email
Letting us know the items have been returned and the reason for the return and make sure your name and order number are clearly noted when doing this
If the item is on sale at the time of purchase, your credit will be the amount you paid for this item
